Dear Wayne,

   I felt that I should make the time to drop you a note of thanks for making your MRI sound system available to us. I must admit that I was a little skeptical about the advantage of the system when we first spoke about the price, but in the few short months that we have been using it, the number of claustrophobics who have been scanned due to the aid of your system have paid for it's purchase multiple times. 

  

   You might be interested to know that we have had a couple of patients return to our facility because they knew that they would be able to listen to music during their exam. These patients have said that there was no way they could have tolerated the confinement of the machine without the calming effect of the music. We have even had a few people who have told us that they set up their testing here on the recommendation of friends who had been through the test with the use of your system.

  

   In my opinion, your system is as valuable an asset as some of our specialty coils. I can't imagine working on a patient without it.  As an operator, I can't put enough emphasis on the systems ability to
let you keep an open channel of communication with the patient during the pulsing of the gradients.
